# Product Overview

The Product Overview is your central hub for managing all items in your Corporate Shop. Here you can see all available products, change their status, and approve new items.

## The Product List

The Product Overview displays all products as a list with the following information:

- **Product Image** - Preview image of the item
- **Product Name** - Name in the configured language
- **Article Number** - Unique reference
- **Price** - Selling price (gross or net, depending on settings)
- **Status** - Active, Inactive, or Draft
- **Approval Status** - Approved, Pending, or Rejected

### Search and Filters

Use the search bar to specifically look for products:

- **Free Text Search** - Search by name, article number, or description
- **Status Filter** - Show only active, inactive, or pending products
- **Category Filter** - Show products of a specific category

## Product Status

Each product has two independent status values:

### Active / Inactive

- **Active** - The product is visible and orderable in the shop
- **Inactive** - The product is temporarily hidden, but not deleted

Use the Inactive status to temporarily remove products from the assortment, e.g., for seasonal items or supply difficulties.

### Approval Status

Before a new product appears in the shop, it must be approved by you:

- **Approval Pending** - The product is awaiting your review
- **Approved** - The product is cleared for the shop
- **Rejected** - The product was not cleared for the shop

> **Tip:** Products awaiting approval are also displayed on your Dashboard, so you can review them quickly.

## Open and Edit Product

Click on a product in the list to open the detailed view. There you can:

- Edit **Basic Data** (name, description, price)
- Manage **Variants** (sizes, colors, SKUs)
- Upload and assign **Images**
- Configure **Decorations**
- Assign **Categories**

## Create New Product

To create a new product:

## Assign Product to a Branch or Department

With PRO and Enterprise packages, you can assign products to specific organizational units:

- **Branch** - The product is only visible to customers of this branch
- **Department** - The product is only visible to customers of this department

This is particularly useful when different locations or teams require different product assortments.
