# Customer Reports

The customer reports give you deep insight into your customer base. Understand how many new customers you acquire, which customer groups are most valuable, and where your customers come from. These insights help you to specifically align your marketing and sales strategy and strengthen customer loyalty.

## Customer Acquisition

The Customer Acquisition section shows you how your customer base develops over time.

### New Customer Development

A line chart displays the number of new customer registrations per unit of time. This allows you to see at a glance:

- **New Customers per Day / Week / Month** - How many customers register in your shop?
- **Trend** - Is your new customer acquisition rising, falling, or stagnating?
- **Comparison to Previous Period** - Are you acquiring more or fewer customers than before?

### Key Acquisition Metrics
