# Reporting Overview

The reporting section of your Corporate Shop offers comprehensive analyses and key figures, allowing you to keep track of your shop's performance at all times. All reports are accessible via a central dashboard and can be filtered by time periods to conduct targeted analyses.

## Available Reports

The reporting section is divided into six core areas. Each area provides specialized key figures and visualizations to help you make data-driven decisions for your shop.

### Revenue Analysis

The revenue analysis shows you the development of your earnings over various time periods. You gain insights into revenue trends, profit margins, and the composition of your costs. Compare different periods to identify growth and seasonal fluctuations.

### Bestsellers

The Bestseller report shows you which products sell best – both by quantity and by revenue. Use these insights to specifically optimize your product range, better plan inventory levels, and align your marketing efforts with the most successful products.

### Customer Reports

## Time Period and Filters

All reports offer flexible filtering options:

- **Predefined Time Periods** - Today, last 7 days, last month, last quarter, last year
- **Custom Time Period** - Select an individual start and end date
- **Period Comparison** - Compare the current period with the previous one (e.g., this month vs. last month)

The selected filters remain active when you switch between different report areas. This allows you to conveniently view the same time period from various perspectives.

## Getting Started

If you are using the reporting section for the first time, we recommend the following approach:

1. **Get an Overview** - Open the reporting dashboard and review the most important key figures
2. **Select Time Period** - Set the desired analysis period
3. **Explore Individual Reports** - Click through the different sections and familiarize yourself with the available analyses
