Switch between multiple Corporate Shops and manage shops

My Shops

If you have access to multiple Corporate Shops - for example, as a Superadmin or as a user in different companies - you can easily switch between shops without having to log out and log back in.

Shop Overview

The "My Shops" page shows all shops you have access to:

  • Shop Name - The name of the Corporate Shop
  • Domain - The URL where the shop can be reached
  • Status - Whether the shop is active or inactive
  • Your Role - Which permissions you have in this shop

Switching Between Shops

To switch to another shop:

  1. Click on My Shops in the navigation or top right
  2. Select the desired shop from the list
  3. The dashboard of the selected shop will load
  4. All data (products, orders, customers) now refer to the new shop

Note: When you switch shops, all data in the admin area changes. Make sure you have saved your work in the current shop before switching.

Identifying the Active Shop

You can identify the currently active shop by:

  • The Shop Name in the top bar of the admin area
  • The Domain below the shop name
  • In the Help Center, the active shop is used for the Admin Links

When do I have access to multiple shops?

You have access to multiple shops if:

  • You are set up as a Superadmin and have access to all shops
  • You have been created as a user in multiple Corporates
  • Your company operates multiple shops for different brands, locations, or departments
