Customer Management

Customer management gives you a complete overview of all registered customers of your Corporate Shop. Here you can search for customers, view details, and manually create new customers.

Customer List

The overview shows all customers as a searchable list:

  • Name - Customer's first and last name
  • Email - Email address (login credentials)
  • Phone - Stored phone number
  • Registered since - Date of registration
  • Orders - Number of previous orders
  • Revenue - Customer's total spending
  • Status - Active, inactive, or blocked

Search and Filters

The search function searches:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Address data

Filters

  • Status - Active, inactive, or blocked customers
  • Branch - Customers of a specific branch (PRO/Enterprise)
  • Department - Customers of a specific department (PRO/Enterprise)
  • Tags - Customers with specific keywords

Create New Customer

To manually create a customer:

  1. Click on Create New Customer
  2. Enter the required fields:
    • First name and Last name
    • Email address (used for login)
  3. Optional: Phone number, address, branch, department
  4. Click on Save

The customer will receive an email with an activation link, through which they can set their password and activate their account.

Open Customer Details

Click on a customer in the list to open the full detail view.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I import customers? Customers are usually created via shop registration or manual creation. For a bulk import, please contact support.

How can I block a customer? Open the customer details and set the status to Blocked. The customer will then no longer be able to log in.

Are customers automatically assigned to a branch? No, the assignment to a branch or department is done manually in the customer details.
