Getting Started with softwear.prints
Welcome to softwear.prints! In this guide, we will show you step-by-step how to set up and optimally use your Corporate Shop. Whether you're here for the first time or just want a quick overview – here you'll find everything you need to get started.
Logging in to the Corporate Admin
After receiving your access data, you can log in to your Corporate Admin:
- Open your shop's admin URL (e.g.,
your-company.softwear-prints.com/admin) - Enter your email address and password
- Click Log In
If you have access to multiple shops, you will be prompted to select the desired shop after logging in.
Tip: If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the "Forgot password" link on the login page. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Your Dashboard
After logging in, you will automatically land on your Dashboard. Here you can see the most important key figures of your shop at a glance:
- Products - How many products are currently available in your shop
- Orders - Total number and open orders at a glance
- Customers - Number of registered customers in your shop
- Released Products - Recently released items that are now visible in the shop
- Revenue Graph - Your revenue development as a diagram
- QR Codes - Quick access to QR codes for your shop and the registration page

The first steps after logging in
1. Set up basic shop data
Make sure your shop information is correctly stored:
- Shop Name - The name of your Corporate Shop
- Description - A short description displayed to your customers
- Contact Information - Email and phone number for inquiries

2. Customize design
Adapt the appearance of your shop to your corporate colors:
Choose your primary, secondary, and background colors to visually adapt your shop to your company.

3. Browse and release products
Products from the softwear.prints catalog are already available in your shop. Check the available items and release those you want to offer to your customers:

4. Store payment method
Store a payment method for your subscription to keep your shop active:

5. Invite customers
Share the shop URL with your customers or use the QR code on the dashboard to make registration easy.
Navigation in the Admin Area
The Corporate Admin is structured via the left sidebar:
