Notifications

softwear.prints regularly informs you about news, updates, and important announcements. You can find these notifications in the Admin area in two places: in the bell icon at the top right and on the Information page.

Notification Center

The bell icon in the top bar of the Admin area shows you your current notifications:

• A badge (red number) shows the count of unread notifications
• Click the bell to open the notification list
• Unread messages are visually highlighted

Notification Types

Manage Notifications

• Mark as read - Click on an individual notification to mark it as read
• Mark all as read - Mark all notifications as read at once
• View details - Click on a notification to read the full content

Information Page

On the Information page, you will find all notifications as complete articles:

Here you can:

• Browse chronologically through all previous announcements and updates
• Read individual articles in detail with comprehensive explanations
• Look up older notifications that you may have missed

Article View

Click on a notification to open the detail view. Here you will find:

• The full text of the announcement
• Images or screenshots (if available)
• Links to affected features or settings
• The publication date

What notifications do I receive?

You receive notifications about:

• New Features - When new features are available on the platform
• Important Changes - For changes that might affect your shop
• Maintenance Notices - For planned maintenance work
• Tips and Best Practices - Recommendations for optimal use of your shop
• Security Notices - For security-relevant information
