All key figures and functions of your dashboard at a glance
The Dashboard
The Dashboard is your homepage after logging into the Corporate Admin. Here you can see all important information about your shop at a glance and quickly access the most important functions.
Key Figure Cards
At the very top of the Dashboard, you will find three cards with the most important figures:
Products
Shows the total number of products in your shop. Click on the card to go directly to the product overview.
Orders
Shows the total number of all orders. In the sidebar, you will also see a badge with the number of open orders that still need to be processed.
Customers
Shows the total number of registered customers in your shop.
Products for Approval
In this section, you will see products awaiting your approval. Before a product becomes visible in the shop, it must be reviewed and approved by you.
- Review product images, descriptions, and prices
- Approve products you want to offer in your shop
- Reject products that do not fit your assortment
Recently Approved
Here you can see the products you have approved in the last 7 days. This helps you keep track of which new items have recently been made available in your shop.
QR Codes
The Dashboard shows you two automatically generated QR codes:
Shop QR Code
This QR code leads directly to your shop. Use it, for example:
- On business cards or flyers
- At your company location as a notice
- In internal communications to your employees
Registration QR Code
This QR code leads directly to your shop's registration page. It contains a special token that automatically assigns new users to your shop. Particularly useful for:
- Onboarding new employees
- Posting in offices or break rooms
- Invitation via email or messenger
Tip: You can create more QR codes for individual products, categories, or any URLs under Marketing > QR Codes.
Revenue Chart
The revenue chart shows you the development of your earnings over time. Use this view to identify trends and track the success of marketing campaigns.

Server Status
At the bottom of the Dashboard, you will see the current status of the most important services:

| Product Service | Processing of product data and images |
| Order Service | Order processing and management |
| Contact Service | Customer management and communication |
A green checkmark indicates that the service is available. In case of problems, a warning symbol will be displayed - in this case, please contact support.
Onboarding Tasks
When you set up your shop for the first time, the Dashboard displays an onboarding section with guided steps. This helps you make all important settings in the correct order:
- Complete shop information
- Customize design
- Deposit payment method
- Approve first products
- Invite customers
Once you have completed all steps, you can hide the onboarding section.
Notifications
You can access your notifications via the bell icon in the top bar. Here, softwear.prints informs you about:
- New platform updates and features
- Important announcements
- System messages
Unread notifications are indicated by a badge on the bell icon. You can mark individual notifications as read or all at once with a single click.
